Make an arrangement to pay

If you owe us money it is best to work out an arrangement to pay. Don't leave it as it will be harder to deal with later. Everything you tell us is confidential.

Use this form to tell us how you are going to pay these council debts:

• Council tax
• Business Rates (Sole Traders)
• Council rents
• Housing benefit overpayments
• Council invoices

Before you start, you will need to know:

• What bills you owe
• Your bill reference numbers
• How much you owe to other people
• Details of your income and outgoings, for example bank statements

Data sharing and protection

The information you give us may be shared across other council services to make sure that you get the right advice and support. It will also stop us from asking you to provide the same information when dealing with the appropriate service.
