Form A: Cash cap and exemption threshold declaration on Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Relief

Before you start

Fill in this form if you’ve received Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Relief (RHLR) for 2023/24 below the £110,000 cash cap.

You'll need to tell us about RHLR you're getting for all of your business premises, not just the one this application is about.

You must not have received more than the Minimal Financial Assistance limit of £315,000 over 3 years, including 2023/24.

You must also include Covid business grants you’ve received from any local authority and any other subsidy claimed under the Minimal Financial Assistance or Small Amounts of Financial Assistance limit over the 3 year period.
