We’re looking for people to help us with some council tax web page research.
You can take part if:
We'll invite you to take part in either a video meeting or in-person meeting, depending on your preference.
The research will be on a week day between 27 July and 14 August 2026 and will last about 1 hour. It will include testing our online service and talking about your experience of using our council tax web pages.

All your responses will be treated confidentially. Only the researchers involved in this project will have access to your responses. We may keep them for up to 3 months.
