• supply 2 supportive statements from two Bristol citizens
• supply 1 supportive statement from a Bristol City Councillor. A nomination submitted by a councillor must be accompanied by a supporting statement from another councillor.
• agree not to talk about the nomination with the nominee, unless you need to get their consent to share information
• confirm that, to your knowledge, all information included in this nomination is correct and can be verified
