Complete this form if the property you occupy has a rateable value of less than £15,000, or if your main building has a rateable value less than £15,000 and your other buildings each have a rateable value below £2,900 each but the total of all buildings is less than £20,000.

If you are already in receipt of Small Business Rate Relief and you occupy a second property you can keep your existing relief for one year by advising the Business Rate Team: business.rates@bristol.gov.uk
