What you'll need to complete this form

You'll need:

• your bank details
• the details of all your Ukrainian guests, including their relationships to each other and their UPE visa status (if needed)
• the date they arrived in the UK
• the date they arrived at your accommodation
  
  

Hosts and sponsors

We've used the term ‘host’ in this form, but that can also refer to sponsors. A sponsor can also be a host, but a host cannot be a sponsor.

Groups

We've used the term 'group' in this form, but this refers to one or more people.

Guests

Guests who arrived in a host’s home separately will be counted as part of the same group for purposes of calculating the payments.

If a guest is in a sponsorship arrangement when they're granted permission under the Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) scheme, their host will be asked to re-apply for thank-you payments if they wish to continue to receive a monthly payment.
