You can use this form to tell us about a:

• repair in a council home or communal area
• defect in a new build council home

We'll contact you if we need any more information. 

Make sure you complete the form accurately so we can order your work without further need to ring or email you.

You'll need to complete a form for each new repair or defect.

You can only report an emergency repair or defect by calling 0117 922 2200. An emergency repair or defect is any problem that could be a security risk or cause harm to you, another person or to your property.

What a defect is

A defect is a repair required within the first 12 months since a home was built. Any repair within the first year that isn’t caused by tenant damage or user error would be considered a defect. 

We'll arrange for the contractor who built the home to make the repair.
