Licences are issued to businesses. Only the named operators approved in your application and listed on your licence will be allowed to operate.
Your licence will list the specific parks or green spaces where you’re allowed to operate.
To find out which parks and green spaces are included, see Schedule 1 of the Byelaws for Pleasure Grounds, Public Walks and Open Spaces.
