Apply for your yearly allotment discount

You can have a 50% discount on one allotment plot, if you get:

• council tax reduction
• housing benefit
• housing benefit as part of Universal Credit

You'll need to upload evidence for your discount.

Your evidence will need to be from the current tax year. For example, a letter from the current year showing your benefits or reduction.

If you are receiving housing benefit as part of Universal Credit, you must send in evidence of your Universal Credit breakdown showing the housing benefit element. Proof of receiving Universal Credit on its own is not enough evidence to claim the discount.
