Building Regulation 16 requires all builders to give the Local Authority notice of stages of work, by either:

Notice and inspection

The minimum period of notice from day of receipt is normally 1 clear day. Requests received after 5pm will be treated as received the next working day.

Building Regulation 16 requires all builders to give us notice of commencement, completion and of any other stages that have been required inspections as agreed with the Building Control Team dependent on your project.
