Apply for a scaffolding or hoarding licence

What you need

To complete this form, you'll need:

• your Public Liability Insurance Certificate
• a copy of your payment receipt or payment reference 
• any other insurance documents
• a site location plan showing the location of your scaffolding, hoarding or fencing in relation to the property, including:
  • footway and carriageway widths
  • road markings
  • meter bays
  • junctions
  • traffic signs or signals 
  • any other highway features which may be affected
• the email from parking operations that confirms you have a parking bay suspension (if applicable)

You must pay for the licence before you complete this form, so you can:

• upload a copy of your payment receipt or payment reference 
• tell us your invoice number
